Energent developed a carbon footprint for the baseline year 2008 as well as the foot print analysis of subsequent year. We provided analysis and interpretation of the results, including comparison with other companies and recommendations for carbon emissions reduction.

In conjunction with DesignGroup, we developed a Building Information Model to assist Nationwide in understanding and reducing the energy consumption of its corporate headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The model can simulate specific environmental factors like site, solar, and thermal variants. The data can then be used to optimize the facility’s usage of daylight shading, ventilation, air flow, and lighting.
